Pharrell Williams purchased a penthouse residence within Bristol Towers back in 2007 for $12.5 million. The unit sports 10,000 s/f +/- of living space, a private pool and astounding 360-degree views of Miami.  

                        

Since then Williams had his first child, got married and watched his career rebound and make a full recovery. His music career is back and better than ever. He's on one of the most successful television shows as a judge. But for some reason he listed his residence back in 2012 for $16.8 million and has not been able to market her successfully.

With numerous price reductions and no buyers he just removed the residence from the Multiple Listing Service. She is no longer available. The price when removed from the market was $10.9 Million.
