Posted on November 26, 2014 by Rory Mark Schmer from South Florida

S&P/Case-Shiller has tracked 20 metro markets to see who has the biggest annual gain. The Miami metro area which includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, has seen a 10.3 percent increase in September over the previous year.

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach is the only metro area that has a year over year double digit gain.
Area home prices in September saw a 0.6 percent step-up from August. South Florida is the place to reside whether you are a full-time homeowner, seasonal or an investor.
