Construction is set to begin in Miami's Edgewater community. The Related Group's latest project Paraiso Bay will transform a barren lot into something magical. The area just south of the Julia Tuttle Causeway and a block east of Biscayne Boulevard will come alive with ground breaking residential towers, rooftop swimming pools and a visionary parking garage designed as a work of art.

Paraiso Bay and The Related Group are basically constructing there very own little community just minutes to Miami's vibrant arts, entertainment, Wynwood Arts District, Miami's Design District, Midtown and Miami Beach. What more could you ask for?

How about three more towers. One Paraiso is planned for 3131 Northeast Seventh Ave. A 53 story 276 unit condominium designed by Arquitectonica that could include four or more towers. These towers will be marked half circles or large spheres. One Paraiso is part of the Paraiso Bay project which will include a waterfront park.

Brickell Ten is planned for a site at 1010 SW Second Avenue. She's designed as a glass and aluminium exterior 22-story building with 155 residential units. Plans call for 13,900 square feet of restaurant and retail space, indoor/outdoor social club, a 1,600 square foot swimming pool overlooking the city, an outside bar, landscaped gardens and outdoor gathering areas, a rooftop recreation complex and much much.    

1010 Brickell is planned for 1010 Brickell Avenue. A 47 story mixed use condominium with 387 residential units. She's being marketed to young professionals with children. The building will include a gym and game rooms.
