Ladies and Gentlemen, The Beatles. The Curators are Fab Four Exhibits and the Grammy Museum; they bring more than 400 pieces of memorabilia, recordings, videos, photographs and artifacts to downtown Miami. Exhibits will be on display from November 7th through January 18, 2015 at the HistoryMiami 101 W. Flagler St. Miami. Tickets cost $8 for adults $7 for seniors and $5 for children ages 6-12. Kids younger will enter free.
On November 8 Family Fun Day the exhibit is free beginning at 5 p.m. The opening reception is on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. The Fab Four phenomenon was incredible to witness first hand. I'm sure this event will please long time fans as well as new ones.
The Beatles formed in 1960 and became widely known at the most influential and greatest ROCK and Roll act of the era. They played in the their home town of Liverpool and traveled to Hamburg during a three year period. Beatlemania grew with their first hit "Love Me Do" and by 1964 they had become international stars.
Sadly enough in December of 1970 Paul McCartney filed suit for the dissolution of the Beatles contractual partnership and after continued legal disputes the dissolution was formalized 4 years later on December 31, 1974.
