Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach 50% Sold

The Ritz Carlton Miami Beach announced yesterday that they have secured deposits and have contracts on 50 percent of the residences which were available for sale. 

The residences which will be on the site of the former Miami Heart institute will have 111 residences and 15 stand alone villas with prices ranging from $2 million upwards to $40 million.

Amenities will include private spa treatment rooms, a mediation garden, outdoor yoga studios, steam rooms and a sauna, private boat dockages and a state of the art fitness center. Also there will be an on-site captained day yacht.
